National Giving Day

Information First is proud to announce that as a result of the National Giving Day Employee Matching Gift program last month, donations in excess of $7,000 were made to qualifying non-profit charities. These charities included the USO, Samaritan's Purse, Sisters of Life, Arlington Food Assistance Center, Dare to Care Food Bank in Louisville, Folds of Honor, Clarkson University, and the Chelly Foundation.

Thank you so much to our employees for donating and thank you to these wonderful charities for all the great work they do every day!

The event included several days of company briefings, best practices and knowledge sharing, technology enablement, team cooking, and lots of fun. The final night included a dinner and social event with friends of the company and representatives from our partner HPE.

Who says you can't work and have fun at the same time?! Information First employees recently participated in the Company's first annual Information First University and Network Kamp (IFunk) in Front Royal, Virginia.

The event took place over several days and included a variety of knowledge sharing activities and training, team dinners and fun outings such as zip lining, wine tasting, and tubing on the Shenandoah river.

Information First works with DoD to Achieve DoD Information Assurance Accreditation for ControlPoint

Information First, an HPE Gold Partner specializing in HPE Records Manager and ControlPoint, announced today that ControlPoint has been granted a significant U.S. Department of Defense information assurance (IA) accreditation. The accreditation designates that ControlPoint has achieved Authority To Operate (ATO) status in full compliance with the DoD's Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).

This accomplishment reflects Information First’s depth of experience with the implementation of ControlPoint and Records Manager within demanding and highly regulated environments such as DoD and the Pharma/Life Sciences sector.
