HPE is no longer selling Records Manager 8.0x, 8.1x & 8.2x as of January 1st. Support for Records Manager 8.0x, 8.1x & 8.2x will end in April 2018. Customers with active support contracts are eligible to upgrade to HPE Content Manager 9.0x (the new name for HPE Records Manager).
Please note that starting with HPE Content Manager 9.0x, HPE is using a new licensing structure. Customers upgrading from TRIM 7.x and RM 8.0 versions to later versions will require an updated licensing structure. Please contact Information First today and we can help you work through your migration. It is never to early to start planning! HPE announced last year the end of support for HP TRIM 7.3x on May 31, 2017. It is never too early to start planning for your migration to Records Manager 8.3 and Information First can help you navigate the license conversion and migration process when you go from 7.3x to 8.3.
