Information First Attains Woman-Owned Small Business Status

Information First, Inc., a leading provider of information governance and file analysis solutions, is pleased to announce it has completed an Ownership Transfer to Tamara Moore Hoagland which qualifies the company as a Woman-Owned Small Business.
 
Effective 1 January 2024, Tamara Moore Hoagland was promoted to the position of President, and as of 1 July 2024, took on the majority shareholder role from CEO, John Lontos.
